New company name, better support

New company name, improved customer service and trading hours.
As of the 1st of April 2007. Compuserv changed its trading name to Motive IT. This was done to avoid any further confusion with another company with a similar name. "We were consistently getting problems with customers adding an "e" on the end of Compuserv and many calls from customers of another company. We decided to rename the company and having Motive IT was considerably more descriptive of the business area that we are in". says Mike Andrew, Managing Director of Motive IT.
"We have been specialists in the fields of mobile and smart systems for the automotive and various building trades for several years having a great understanding of their needs. So we felt that Motive IT said it all."
We are also now available from 7:00 am weekdays for our important M3 customers on a special support number. This reflects our commitment to the industries that we support, as they tend to need support at times when normal IT people are still in bed.
